Chatter Ladder Speech Therapy offers professional speech therapy services for children and adults. Specializing in early intervention, comprehensive assessments, and personalized treatments. Sessions for children are child-led and play-based.
I have extensive experience in providing services for children with Language delay, Speech Sound Disorders including Apraxia, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Aphasia, and Stuttering.
With adults, I have worked with patients presenting with Voice disorders, Neurocognitive disorders, and swallowing disorders. I believe in working with families and caregivers to educate and help them support their loved ones' needs.

Rekha Rishi-Khanna, SLP-CCC
Originally from the United Kingdom, I have been a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for 34 years. For more than 25 years, I have proudly called Modesto, California my home, where I hold a California License and ASHA certification. At Chatter Ladder Speech Therapy, I blend my extensive experience and passion to positively impact my clients' lives. I am deeply committed to the local community, providing services in a supportive and welcoming environment, empowering clients to enhance their communication skills.

Early Intervention Services
At Chatter Ladder Speech Therapy, our early intervention services promote early language development through fun-filled tailored programs. We offer therapy for receptive/expressive language delays/disorders, speech sound development, Gestalt language processing support to help children build a strong foundation for effective communication. My personalized approach ensures each child receives the care they need to thrive.
Comprehensive Assessments
We offer comprehensive assessments for children and adults, scheduled within two to three weeks of the initial consultation. Our process includes parent/client interviews, formal and informal standardized assessments, and a detailed written report with analysis, recommendations, specific goals with timelines. If existing reports are provided, we use them as guidelines for immediate service initiation.
Individualized Treatments
At Chatter Ladder Speech Therapy, we develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs. Our engaging and fun therapy sessions are designed to create a positive experience while delivering evidence-based therapy to effectively target and achieve the client's goals.
